SuccessFactors is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) suite that offers various modules to help organizations manage their workforce effectively. These modules cover different aspects of human resources, talent management, and employee engagement. Please note that new modules or updates may have been introduced after my last update. Here are some of the primary modules available in SAP SuccessFactors:

Employee Central (EC)

This module is the core HR system, handling employee data, organizational structures, and global HR processes.

Recruiting Management (RCM)

RCM facilitates the entire recruiting process, from job posting and applicant tracking to hiring decisions and onboarding.

Learning Management System (LMS)

LMS enables organizations to deliver, track, and manage employee training and development programs.

Performance & Goals Management (PMGM)

This module helps set performance goals, assess employee performance, and manage performance appraisals.

Succession & Development (SD)

SD focuses on identifying and developing potential talent within the organization to fill key roles in the future.

Compensation Management (CM)

CM streamlines the process of defining and managing employee compensation, including salary structures, bonuses, and rewards.

Workforce Analytics & Planning (WFA/WFP)

These modules provide analytical tools and workforce planning capabilities to make informed HR decisions.

Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

ECP integrates with Employee Central to handle global employee payroll processing.


This module assists in onboarding new employees, ensuring a positive
experience during their initial days.

Employee Central Service Center (ECSC)

ECSC offers a centralized service platform for HR service delivery and issue resolution.

JAM (Jam Collaboration)

This module fosters social collaboration, knowledge sharing, and
employee engagement within the organization.

Continuous Performance Management (CPM)

CPM focuses on ongoing, real-time
performance feedback and employee coaching.
